Panchkula Consumer Forum Directs Shri Ram Mullakh College of Education to Refund Fee

Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh): Panchkula district consumer disputes redressal forum on Wednesday directed Raipurrani based Shri Ram Mullakh College of Education to refund half fee a complainant, a student of BEd course for not attending the entire session.

Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh): Panchkula district consumer disputes redressal forum on Wednesday directed Raipurrani based Shri Ram Mullakh College of Education to refund half fee a complainant, a student of BEd course for not attending the entire session.

According to information, the complainant, Monika, a resident of Raipurrani, alleged that the college authorities had misled her for not providing adequate information as dispatched by the University for Getting Admission to BEd course at Shri Ram Mullakh College of Education, despite depositing Rs 40,500 towards admission fees and other funds for the academic session 2008-09, thus, forced her to move to court for justice as she has lost one precious year of her life due to no fault of her’s.

However, Panchkula consumer forum after hearing the plea of the complainant directed the college authorities to refund half fee of Rs 20,250 to her for not attending the entire session.
