Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh): The Saraswati Kala Sangam Society has celebrated its 12th foundation day at Satluj Public School Panchkula.

Information to this effect was shared by Col (retd) IJ Ahluwalia of Saraswati Kala Sangam Society, that on the occasion, Kulbhushan Goyal was the chief guest and honoured the participants.
