Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh):-The three-day Pinjore Heritage Festival was inaugurated by Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Ambika Soni, in the Yadavindra Gardens on Friday.

Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh):-The three-day Pinjore Heritage Festival was inaugurated by Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Ambika Soni, in the Yadavindra Gardens on Friday.

The Garden giving a festive looks and wore a look of the Moghal Mahal .According to a spokesperson said the guests were escorted to the Street Bazaar, especially crafted like the Anarkali Bazaar of the ancient times where artisans from across the country showcased the handicraft tradition of ancient India.

Union Minster of Tourism and Culture Ambika Soni said on the occasion that the Rs 50 crore earmarked for the state in the 10th Five-Year Plan had been judiciously spent. She said a circuit of Delhi-Haryana-Punjab-Himachal Pradesh could be developed on the pattern of Delhi-Agra-Jaipur triangle.

Those present on the occasion included Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Minister of State for Tourism, Forests, Environment, Sports and Youth Affairs Kiran Chaudhary among others.
