Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh): The residents of Panchkula on Thursday hold a candlelit procession/march in the city to express their solidarity towards the Ruchika’s family, who faced the tyranny of a Former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore and other top bureaucrats.
Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh): The residents of Panchkula on Thursday hold a candlelit procession/march in the city to express their solidarity towards the Ruchika’s family, who faced the tyranny of a Former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore and other top bureaucrats.
The candlelit procession led by Madhu Parkash (mother of Aradhana, Ruchika’s friend) started from the Housing Board chowk and passed from in front of the house of SPS Rathore in Sector 6 and ended at the Session House in Sector 1 Panchkula and condemned the CBI for allegedly dropping charges of abetment to suicide against Rathore.
