Mohali (Mera Chandigarh): The Punjab School Education Board has decided to implement the CBSE pattern from the academic session 2010-11.

Information and confirmation to this effect was shared by Dr Dalbir Singh Dhillon, chairman, PSEB that in order to bring about uniformity in the system of education prevalent across the country board has decided to introduce to implement the CBSE pattern.
As per new decision, the board would start giving internal assessment, as was being done by the CBSE, and NCERT books would be used for various classes, as was being done in the case of the CBSE.
