Mohali Court Gives Permission to Sukhbir Badal for Foreign Tour

Mohali (Mera Chandigarh): Mohali special court on Thursday gave permission to Punjab Deputy Chief Minister and ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Badal to go abroad/ foreign for Christmas and New Year celebrations.

Information to this effect was shared by Mohali special court judge J S Kular that, Sukhbir, along with his counsels appered before the court for seeking  permission to go abroad from December 25 to January 1 and to get their passport for the same.

It is to mention here that Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir along with his father Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and mother Surinder Badal are facing trial in a corruption and disproportionate assets case in the court on the complaint filed by opposition Congress leader Capt.Amrinder Singh.
