Punjab and Haryana High Court Orders EMMAR MGF to Reserve Two Plots
Mohali (Mera Chandigarh):- The Punjab and Haryana High Court asked EMMAR MGF, real estae company bulding Mohali Hills residential projects to reserve two plots for Delhi-based lawyer Samarth Raj Mehta and Chandigarh resident Ajay Bakshi.
Mohali (Mera Chandigarh):- The Punjab and Haryana High Court asked EMMAR MGF, real estae company bulding Mohali Hills residential projects to reserve two plots for Delhi-based lawyer Samarth Raj Mehta and Chandigarh resident Ajay Bakshi.
It is to mention that both complainants has sought quashing of all allotments made by Company in sectors 105, 108 and 109 of mohali, but court didn’t accepted their plea and passed order just for two flats for them.
The contention issue was Section 44 of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act (PAPRA) on which court has accepted EMMAR MGF argument.
It is to mention that both complainants has sought quashing of all allotments made by Company in sectors 105, 108 and 109 of mohali, but court didn’t accepted their plea and passed order just for two flats for them.
