Winter Break for Primary Classes Extended till 13th January in Chandigarh

Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): Chandigarh education department, following the extreme cold weather conditions in city directed all the government and private schools to extend the winter break of primary wing to class fifth till 13th January, 2010.

Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): Chandigarh education department, following the extreme cold weather conditions in city directed all the government and private schools to extend the winter break of primary wing to class fifth till 13th January, 2010.

Direction to this effect was passed by Chandigarh home-cum-education secretary Ram Niwas on Monday that, for the remaining classes IV to XII the school will start at 9 am in the morning, due to the cold wave conditions prevailing in the city.
