Kalpana Chawla Society Patiala Gets Clean Chit in Forgery Scam
Patiala (Mera Chandigarh): The Kalpana Chawla Memorial Educational Society (KCMES) located at Banur-Tepla road in Patiala has got clean chit in the case of cheating, forgery, misrepresentation of facts, by the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Mohali.
Patiala (Mera Chandigarh): The Kalpana Chawla Memorial Educational Society (KCMES) located at Banur-Tepla road in Patiala has got clean chit in the case of cheating, forgery, misrepresentation of facts, by the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Mohali.
According to information, the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Mohali has denied the allegations put by former chairman SC Gupta, Rajni Gupta and Subhash Gupta against the governing body members of Kalpana Chawla Memorial Educational Society, namely Vipin Kaushal, Pawan Kaushal, Pankaj Bajaj, SD Bajaj, Neelam Kaushal, Madhu Kaushal and Rashmi Bajaj due to the non-availability of the forged document / letter related to the scam.
As per the Court orders, the KCMES governing body is asked to reelect SC Gupta as chairman and Rajni Gupta as vice- chairman of the society within one month and should dissolve the matter, which has no considerable facts and figures of allegations.
