Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): Justice J S Khehar, who has been appointed as the Chief Justice of Uttarakhand High Court, will remain as the acting Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court till Justice Mukul Mudgal of the Delhi High Court takes the charge.

It is to mention here that Justice Tirath Singh Thakur had been relieved from Punjab and Haryana High Court and was administered oath as Supreme Court judge on Tuesday.
