Hooda Distributes Prizes to Winners of 4th Chandigarh Golfing Tour 2008

Panchkula (Mera Chandigarh):– The Haryana Government was making all out effort to popularize Golf Activities among the people by creating World Class Sports infrastructure in the State.

Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda distributed prizes on Sunday to the winners of 4th Chandigarh Golfing Tour 2008 at Golf Course in Panchkula.

On the occasion CM said that Chandigarh and Panchkula were the cities of International standard and the State Government had established a Golf Course and a stadium at Panchkula which are equipped with State-of-the-Art Facilities.

He congratulated Mr. Kharag Singh of New Zealand for winning first prize in 4th Chandigarh Golfing Tour.

He also gives away the prizes to the winners of various categories. Mr. Jogeshwar Singh Judge, TeghbirSingh, Rocky Dhillion, Permod Keshav, Ramesh Patel, Neel Chahal, Karampal Singh Cheema, Pritpal Singh Deol and Dr. Jitender Kallia were among the golfers who got Achievement Awards from Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda. Mr. J.P. Desai, Rajender Dhaliwal, Bunny Sidhu, Harminder Jit Singh Sangha, Jay Sidhu, Amar Sandhu, Dilraj Brar, A.J. Singh Kullar,
Ajit Singh, Tarlok Singh Mandair, Daljit Singh Minhas, Karmjeet Singh
Brar, P.K. Mehta, T.C. Chopra, Maan Sidhu, Davinder Bhasin were also
awarded.
