Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): the Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, SF Rodrigues on Friday got honorary degree of Doctor of Letters by Goa University.

Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): the Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, SF Rodrigues on Friday got honorary degree of Doctor of Letters by Goa University.The Governor of Goa and chancellor of Goa University SS Sidhu bestowed the degree to Rodrigues, who basically hails from there.
