Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): Chandigarh Consumer Forum has found guilty for United India Insurance Company guilty for harassing Sanjay Ahlawat and orders to pay Rs 1.25 lakh towards the total damage of a truck
As per the information available to Mera Chandigarh Sanjay Ahlawat, the complainant had insured his truck for worth Rs 6, 75,000 but company after his truck got badly damaged in accident had refused to give the accidental claim worth Rs 4 lakh without any reasons even though the complainant had paid up to date installment.
Consumer Forum decided the matter in favor of complainant Sanjay Ahlawat after it has found United India Insurance refusal to pay insurance amount on illegal reasons.
