Councillors Demands Vigilance Probe Against Zirakpur MC President

Zirakpur (Mera Chandigarh):- The councillors of the SAD-BJP demands Vigilance probe against Zirakpur MC President NK Sharma for allegedly misusing the development funds of a park at Bhabat village and other irregularities committed by him.

Addressing a press conference, five councillors, Gurmukh Singh, Harpreet Singh, Manisha Malik, Hardev Kaur Mangat and Paramjit Kaur Sodhi, alleged Sharma had amassed the property as a known source of income.

It is to mention that  the political storm in councilors and MC president came after the statement of MC president NK Sharma statement against the Punjab cooperation minister, Capt Kanwaljit Singh, for allegedly interfering in the corporation's functioning.


The councillors also opposed the construction of a Golf course at Gazipur village by Narinder Sharma.
