Bill Cosby has been found guilty on all three counts of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

According to CNN, Cosby did not have an audible reaction to his conviction but when the judge was discussing Cosby as a flight risk because he owns a private plane, Cosby shot back, "He doesn't have a plane, you asshole".

"He doesn't have a plane, you asshole", said Cosby, referring to himself in the third person, his voice shaking. Cosby responded in a booming voice as he leapt to feet. The comedian initially had no visible reaction in the courtroom as his fate was announced, but upon hearing the district attorney's request that his bail be revoked he launched into a expletive-laden rant.

Constand, 45, told jurors that Cosby knocked her out with three blue pills he called "your friends" and then penetrated her with his fingers as she lay immobilized, unable to resist or say no. Asked by a reporter whether he plans to appeal, he said, "Yes, yes, very strongly". He created the top-ranked "Cosby Show" two decades later.

O'Neill also allowed evidence about Cosby's confidential civil settlement with Constand. The 80-year-old entertainer was accused by Constand, the former operations manager of the women's basketball team at Temple University, of drugging and molesting her in January 2004. She had no comment after the verdict.

Defense attorney Kathleen Bliss chastised Constand for "cavorting around with a married man old enough to be her grandfather".

Sixers' Joel Embiid is 'sick and exhausted of being babied'
The open looks that the Sixers had while shooting an unbelievable 18 for 28 from three-point range in Game 1 suddenly vanished. Granted, Dario Saric put up 23 points himself and, behind his efforts, was Ben Simmons who finished the night with 24.

Cosby has admitted that he and Constand had sexual contact in his house around 2004, but he has long maintained it was consensual. "We are so happy that finally we can say women are believed".

"I feel like my faith in humanity is restored", Bernard said.

The verdict was a vindication for the prosecution, after Cosby's first trial ended with the sequestered jurors hopelessly deadlocked after 52 hours of deliberations.

In June 2017, a judge declared a mistrial in the case after a jury failed to reach a verdict.

More than 60 women have publicly accused Cosby of sexual violence. His lawyer called Constand a "con artist" who leveled false accusations against Cosby so she could sue him. Dozens of accusers pointed to the transcript as vindication of their claims, and public pressure to file charges in Constand's case, which was still within the statute of limitations, increased. She came to with Cosby digitally penetrating and groping her and forcing her hand on his penis.

Cosby didn't take the stand in his retrial, just as he hadn't in his first trial.
