The film comes out March 2, 2018. It's here, except it's called Red Sparrow and it stars Jennifer Lawrence speaking in a Russian accent while donning an array of flattering outfits. Amid such erotically devious behavior (taught to her by Charlotte Rampling and Matthias Schoenaerts), Lawrence falls into an amorous affair with a Central Intelligence Agency agent (Joel Edgerton), who clearly wants her to defect, in large part because he realizes (as Jeremy Irons's bigwig intones) that she has a "soul" that makes her different than the rest of her "sparrow" compatriots. It's directed by Francis Lawrence, who previously directed Jennifer Lawrence in the last three Hunger Games movies, and also helmed the Will Smith sci-fi blockbuster I Am Legend. Once a prima ballerina, she suffered an injury that dismantled her career. Although her Russian accent might be a little shaky, her ability to kill a man has apparently not dimmed since The Hunger Games sailed off into its conclusion.

"Red Sparrow" is based on the book by the same name by Jason Matthews.

Whether Red Sparrow can differentiate itself from its obvious fictional predecessors remains to be seen, especially since the project seems extremely indebted to Marvel's preexisting character (who was even trained in a "red room"!). Brutal training subsequently shapes Dominika into the most risky operative the service has ever produced.

Trump Blasts CNN After Top Aide's Heated Interview
Trump, however, defended Miller, tweeting shortly after it aired that his aide "destroyed" Tapper during the appearance. He also termed Bannon's comments in the book "vindictive" and "out of touch with reality".

"One of the things that drew me into the story, is that it really is a personal story for a character, which I think is pretty rare in terms of the spy genre". Nash gives her the option to deflect from what she never wanted to be. Her response: "I'll find a way". From there, we're heading into particularly tropey territory-will Lawrence, the spy with a heart of gold, be able to extricate herself from the service of her (clearly evil) mother country?

"Red Sparrow was sexual, and I haven't done anything sexy or sexual".
