Under the partnership Reliance, Jio offers the users of Xiaomi Redmi 5A smartphone a cashback of Rs.1000. Rear camera: The phone comes with a 13-megapixel camera. This one is expected to come with a dual camera setup at the back, featuring a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Xiaomi claims that the Redmi 5A can give a battery-life of eight days. The Redmi 5A starts at Rs 4,999 for the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. On Thursday it has launched the budget Redmi 5A Smartphone in our country priced at Rs.5, 999 and Rs.7,999. Redmi 5A will be available in three colours Rose gold, Gold, and Dark grey and has a metallic matte finish.
The Redmi 5A again looks to be the victor here as it comes sporting a 13-megapixel camera on the backwith f/2.2 aperture, Phase Detection Autofocus and LED flash. Other modes supported include Panorama, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty Mode, and Bokeh. The Micromax Bharat 5 is powered by MediaTek's entry-level quad-core 1.3GHz processor paired with 1GB RAM. The front shooter is 5MP with 1.4um pixel size, Portrait mode, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty mode, and 83.3 degree wide-angle lens. The battery of Xiaomi Redmi 5A smartphone is 3000mAh. It packs a 5,000mAh battery, which is said to offer a standby time of up to 500 hours.
Redmi 5A: Unboxing and first impressions
On the optics front, the Nokia 2, as well as the Bharat 5, come with cameras that on paper at least fail to excite. The device comes equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. After the introductory scheme expires, Xiaomi will sell the device at Rs 5,999 for the base variant and Rs 6,999 for the higher 3GB/32GB variant. The Bharat 5 too runs Android Nougat with a custom UI, but there is no information on the software updates so far.
On Friday, Indian manufacturer Micromax launched its budget Smartphone Micromax Bharat 5 at a price of Rs 5,555 which puts it directly and squarely in a battle with Xiaomi's "Desh ka smartphone" which is priced at Rs 4,999 and will be available at Rs 3,999 for the first five million customers.
