She was casually-dressed in jeans, a white shirt and carrying a tan tote while Harry wore dark jeans and proudly sported his Invictus Games-branded t-shirt.

The games are close to the Prince's heart - he served in Afghanistan and has spoken of being moved by his encounters with wounded servicemen during his first deployment there in 2008.

Despite all the attention we're sure was aimed their way, the couple appeared relaxed and happy. And they finally did at the Invictus Games in Canada on September 25. The pair held hands as they made their way to a Paralympic-style wheelchair tennis event, Us Weekly reported.

The Invictus Games marks the first time the couple attended a public event together.

Speculation about the prince dating Markle, an actor on sitcom "Suits", began in October previous year when rumours emerged from unnamed sources at Buckingham Palace.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived holding hands at the Invictus Games Monday afternoon and cheered on athletes in the wheelchair tennis competition.

That they chose a sporting event at the Games as their first public joint appearance is significant, said royal historian Carolyn Harris, author of "Raising Royalty: A Thousand Years of Royal Parenting".

Airlines Cancel NZ Flights, Ration Fuel After Pipeline Leak
Malaysia Airlines in a statement said it has not cancelled any flight due to fuel rationing in Auckland between Sept 17 and 24. Auckland Airport says work to fix the pipe is underway, but it is not known how much longer the shortage could last.

Prince Harry stopped to shake the hand of the Kiwi competitor who took the opportunity to introduce the taniwha he had been carrying around Toronto with him.

How cute are Meghan Markle and Prince Harry! The two sat together and were all smiles as they watched the festivities.

They also reportedly chatted with Invictus Games fans, making it a point to get up from their seats and socialize.

"I can tell you that at the end of the day, I think it's really simple", Markle told the magazine.

But among all the fanfare and excitement, did we all miss a massive hint that suggests the pair have taken their relationship to the next level? Either way, with Meghan there everyone was still talking about her and Harry. After that, Meghan will be able to sit by Harry everywhere they go as both a royal princess and his wife.

They added that with the help of royal aides, Meghan has now become more poised and keeps a very neutral expression in front of the camera.
