The National Hurricane Center said Jose is losing muscle, but should remain a low-end hurricane for the next two days.
The National Hurricane Center's 11 a.m. ET advisory confirmed this, saying that "maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 70 miles per hour with higher gusts but some re-strengthening is forecast to begin on Friday, and Jose will likely become a hurricane again by the weekend".
Hurricane Jose, sitting out in the Atlantic on Wednesday, is expected to make a slow clockwise rotation over the next 36 to 48 hours that could bring it closer to the U.S. and the Bahamas.
Jose was moving west from its location about 510 miles south-southwest of Bermuda and would produce swells that could impact the Bermuda, the Bahamas, the northern coasts of Hispaniola and the southeastern U.S with unsafe surf and rip-currents.
According to the long-range forecast, the NHC expects Jose to strengthen back to a hurricane by 8 p.m. Friday. The storm is expected to restrengthen and become a hurricane again by this weekend, the center said. It's 445 miles east of the Bahamas and moving slowly west at 3 mph.
Mi Mix 2 might come with Snapdragon 836 processor
The Mi Mix 2 will have an unparalleled screen-to-body ratio and the curved edges will pronounce the effect it intends to achieve. Last month, the designer posted a "conceptual product design" video, teasing the upcoming Mi Mix 2 with even slimmer bezels.
Jose's impact is sure to be felt along the Southeast coast, bringing rough seas.
Tropical Storm Jose is moving west in the Atlantic. At one point last weekend, Jose was a Category 4 hurricane.
Hurricane Jose is still a hurricane and still tracking westward in the western Atlantic on Thursday.
There are several paths Jose can take next week once it passes between the Carolinas and Bermuda.
"There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect", the agency said.
