Police haven't said what led up to the incident but did say the victim didn't need to be taken to the hospital.
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Damien Wilson found himself arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at a 4th of July fireworks event in Dallas, according to multiple reports. A media release sent Wednesday afternoon said Wilson "intentionally backed his truck into a female while parking, then brandished a rifle at another man". Wilson was released from Frisco Detention Center after posting $10,000 bond.
The Cowboys declined comment as did Wilson's agent, Jason Chayut. He is in his third season with Dallas.
Wilson has played in all 16 regular season games in each of his first two seasons with the Cowboys, making five starts for the team in 2016.

The Cowboys have had DL David Irving suspended four games for a PED violation and CB Nolan Carroll was arrested for DUI earlier this offseason.
Wilson was an occasional starter on last year's team, and he was expected to start at times this year, as well.
