Banned outfit NSCN-K's supremo SS Khaplang passes away

Americans are regarded as enemies in North Korea because the two countries never signed a peace treaty to formally end the 1950-53 Korean War. Just this year, the dictator-ruled state has launched 16 ballistic missiles, each getting closer and closer to reaching United States soil. Rodman told Kim he has a "friend for life".
North Korea has become an increasing threat to the USA during Trump's time in the White House.
Rodman, a flamboyant NBA Hall of Famer, has visited the Kim at least four times since 2013.
Rodman has in the past defended his trips as "basketball diplomacy" and called them a "great idea for the world", according to CNN.
The purposes of Rodman's visits to North Korea have never been fully transparent. Rodman was a cast member on two seasons of Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice".
