Do Not Disturb While Driving is created to eliminate driver distraction.

Taking it one step further, the new feature will also lock the iPhone screen, keeping drivers from using apps, too, CNN reported.

On the iPad, iOS 11 provides a new dock for apps, a brand new file system and other utility features like drag and drop.

Will it stop drivers from being tempted to check their phones, or will they just disable the feature and carry on regardless?

If you want to allow access to your W-Fi network, all you have to do is approve them by tapping the Send Password button.

If the iPhone is connected to the auto via Bluetooth, the system will be able to pick up whether the user is driving or not.

He will not work out for the Boston Celtics , the team that won the first overall pick at the draft lottery two weeks ago. Big Baller Brand co-founder LaVar Ball is sticking to his guns and banking on himself and his family.

Apple appears to be solving this problem in iOS 11.

According to the document, applications will now be able to use the chip to "read tags to give users more information about their physical environment and the real-world objects in it".

Phones connected to cars with Bluetooth capabilities, or through a cable, will withhold any notifications from texts or news updates while the vehicle is in motion, CNN Money reported. Apple may be able to help.

Unveiled Monday at WWDC, iOS 11 will be the "biggest software release ever" for iPad users, Apple said.

Other updates arriving with iOS 11 include new Loop and Bounce effects for photos, Apple Pay payments via Messages and Siri, and a "do not disturb" feature that can be enabled while driving. So thanks a bunch to Apple who have officially kicked us while we're down.

Set to make its debut this fall in Apple's next update to its mobile operating system, iOS 11, Do Not Disturb while Driving builds on Apple's current Do Not Disturb feature, which can silence alerts, calls, and notifications that are received while a user's phone is locked.
